DEPARTURE GUARANTEE

• World Travel guarantees departures listed on the website www.vietnamnature.com.vn.
• Information about tours and departure dates in the guidebook and other printed materials may change from time to time and do not constitute part of the guaranteed program.
• The company’s website is the sole source from which the company guarantees departures. A departure is guaranteed only when the customer has confirmed registration for that departure (registration must include at least a deposit payment to be considered “confirmed”). This guarantee is still subject to Force Majeure circumstances.

FORCE MAJEURE

World Travel is not responsible to customers for changes or cancellations due to external and internal factors such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political disturbances, etc. Solutions or compensations (if any) will depend on the relevant service providers.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• Valid Passport: Customers must have a valid passport for entry, departure, and travel through each destination in the itinerary (passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date).
• Documents: Note that “To facilitate the issuance of travel documents, all relevant tour documents such as payment vouchers, itineraries, and invoices will be sent via email or available on the website www.vietnamnature.com.vn” once the company has received full payment.
• Detailed Trip Information: Customers are responsible for checking the website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure they have the most current trip information, as there may have been minor changes since the initial tour details were provided.

TOUR PRICES

• All tour prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments made in other currencies will be converted to VND at the current exchange rate.
• Prices include the items listed under “Included.”
• We offer a 25% discount for children and a 90% discount for infants.
• Information and prices on this website may not be ‘live’ and may occasionally be updated. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information and prices, but errors may still occur. In the event of an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.

PAYMENT

All tours or services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

Please ensure that you provide us with accurate credit card billing information. Failure to provide accurate credit card billing address and/or cardholder information may delay ticket issuance and increase the total cost. We reserve the right to cancel tickets if payment is refused or if you provide incorrect credit card information. Additionally, we may conduct random checks (including voter lists) to minimize credit card fraud.

World Travel will not collect your credit card details. The information you provide will be securely processed in accordance with global technology security standards (SSL) by MasterCard when you make a credit card payment.

ISSUANCE OF PAYMENT VOUCHERS

After payment, World Travel will send a confirmation/payment voucher via email or fax: this voucher must be printed as proof of purchase and presented to the service provider.

All traveler information must be provided accurately at the time of registration.

Any request for modifications/additions must be sent via email to World Travel.

World Travelis not responsible for any issues that may arise if you do not receive or thoroughly read your confirmation/payment voucher. If you do not receive the payment voucher, you must notify World Travel at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations of all services by tour participants must be submitted and received in writing: email or fax. World Travel does not accept cancellation requests via phone.

World Travel is not responsible for any cancellation requests that have not been received and confirmed. In such cases, cancellation or no-show fees will apply.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

If customers have complaints, they must first notify the tour leader as soon as possible to address the issue. If still dissatisfied, customers may contact World Travel’s sales representative during the tour to give World Travel the opportunity to address the issue. If the issue remains unresolved through these channels during the trip, customers must send any complaints directly to info@worldtravel.com within 30 days from the end of the trip. The company will not be liable for any complaints received after this period.

PROMOTIONS

Tours/packages/products purchased with promotional codes cannot be canceled or refunded.

Furthermore, any discounts and reward points posted on this website are only applicable to the website www.vietnamnature.com.vn and may differ from other websites linked to www.worldtravel.com.vn.

COMMUNICATIONS

By completing a registration, you agree to receive emails that we may send to you, providing information about destinations and specific details related to your registration and destinations, and we may send you emails inviting you to fill out a customer feedback form.
